Description

Seller in the joke shop have used an example which is thoroughly familiar for her. She knew one special pony who is a patron here and aimed the advertisement at her. But use of only one example instead of the all available data may lead to incorrect assumptions and decisions.

Made in Inkscape.

P.S. I do not know who owns the joke shop, so I created a pony for this role. Please let me know if there is one officially mentioned.

Second panel - "I saw the advertisement outside concerning discounts for pink earth ponies. I would like to comment on it."
(There's nothing wrong with "I have seen," but it's just more fluent that way. Also, Dispersion is referring to a certain advertisement, so it should be "the advertisement" instead of "an advertisement.")
"Your advertisement is too specific. Do you have in mind a certain pony?"

Third panel - "That is correct. She constantly buys things here."
"If she comes constantly to the shop, you don't need advertisement for her. Furthermore, you overlook unicorns and pegasi, as well as ponies of other colors."

Fourth panel - "On one hoof, you should retain patrons; on the other hoof, you should offer something to other ponies. You can put three separate advertisements for unicorns, pegasi, and earth ponies."
